The fun begins as soon as you arrive. Children are greeted by name, and there’s plenty to do in our office play areas. You can even work via wireless Internet access while we care for your child. Your child will be seen by one of our expert dentists or orthodontists. We’ll explain what’s going to happen every step of the way.
Building beautiful smiles – and motivating children to take good care of their teeth – is an important part of kids dentistry. We give kids the encouragement they need to learn healthy habits that will protect their smiles for years to come.
We pride ourselves on creating lifelong dental fans! Our approach is a positive and gentle one, involving the child, the family and the dental team. We create a supportive and pleasant environment to foster your child’s life long dental health. We discuss, explain, demonstrate and teach; never lecture. Humor, patience and a great sense of fun are our biggest tools. (That and a great prize for our young patients.) We focus on prevention: regular checkups, dental cleanings, home care instruction and nutritional advice, with a goal of reducing dental problems (and costs!)
As a family and general dental practice, we care for children of all ages as well as for their parents. Typically, children are seen for a first visit as early as one years of age. If a parent has any concerns prior to that, we are very happy to arrange an appointment with a FREE Consultation.
No reason to fear the dentist!
For those children who may be extremely anxious about their dental visits or treatment, our dentists are specially trained in sedation dentistry. This means that your child will not experience the discomfort of any procedure and many times all their dental needs can be completed in one visit.
If you’d like to know more about the many ways how are dentist can help your child, call our office today for a free consultation.
